Fulfillment Policy


Delivery Policy:

Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from when the order is placed. Some items with special delivery or longer time of deliveries, will be notified by one of our customer service representatives.

Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.

Return Policy:

Orders and products can be returned based on the following conditions:

• Valid proof of purchase (Invoice required)

• Item is still within warranty (this is denoted at the time of purchase)

• Product has no physical damage

• Please email your request to rma@generalprocurement.com, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within a 12 hour window of the purchase date/time

Refund Policy:

Refunds only apply if goods are received damaged, and/or dead on arrival
